I cant get to factory reset

Ok i usually dont do this but kinda desperate, i have a Dell Inspiron N5030 windows 7, ive done everything ive seen to do on these sites vut maybe i missed something i dont wanna factory reset but i will if i have to, i have three accounts and dont knkw the password to any of them to get unlocked and there is no administrator option so what do i do? Where do i go from here someone please help me asap. Thanks in advance

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
