Reset Dell Laptop to factory settings

I have been trying to do the Reset To Factory Restore and I have been having problems with it. I am following the steps given but I do not see DELL FACTORY IMAGE RESTORE in the list? I am wondering if it has to do with the kind of Laptop I have?

I have a Dell Latitude e6400. I got this Laptop from a family member previously used and I only have the Laptop, I do not have the box it came in or the Windows CD. I want to be able to do the Restore without a CD.. Thanks!
