Windows 10 crash

Hello,
So this is a long one, Windows 10:

I was looking at vacation picture when I zoomed out using the mouse wheel, windows crashed, it shows a Scan square and a " :( " once it restarted it wouldn't boot back up. after trying to boot on all my hard drives, the computer got stuck on the CMOS setup Utility blue screen thingy. Idk what to do.....
