Can't reset my yahoo mail passsword

Forgot my yahoo mail password and try all the way to verify I'm not a robot. After that coming back the same " uh- oh", because I don't remember my alternative email.
I want to reset my password through secret questions, however, all the way back to 'uh- oh" again. Where is the link to my secret questions? what does that mean " uh- oh" ???
