Hi Raees,
If your laptop under warranty? If it is, you should seek assistance from the seller. The beeping sounds may indicate a hardware failure which can be hard to solve in home conditions. Those sounds may actually point to the hardware which is causing the trouble. Try to count the beeps and check the link below or the manual of the laptop. Every combination of sounds may indicate a different issue.

Try pressing F12 while pressing the power button. Do you see something on screen?
