Monitor stuck on Zoom

Hello,

Hello,
My computer was working fine until yesterday I turned it on today and now my computer screen is zoomed in and everything is HUGE ! everything I open including internet does the same. And i tried chaging the resolution as well but didnt work.
My System resolution presently is 1024*768.Does anyone have advice?

Press together ctrl -(minus sign)
