Hi Razor,
Are you sure your PC is working normally? Please test the PC with another monitor and check if all runs as expected. If the issue persists, you may be facing a hardware issue. IN that case, I recommend you to remove the dedicated video card (if you have one) and try using only the integrated one. Are there any changes?
If the problem disappears when you use another monitor, you need to contact a technician. The monitor may need to be repaired or replaced.
