HP pavillion 6500 laptop died

Hello,

I had the same problem with my hp pavilion 6500 series.  I also purchased my laptop in December 2007.  My warrenty was only for a year.  I just stopped working on jan 2009.  Ive taken it to 4 diferent repair places and the same out come   it's the MOTHERBOARD  I am now trying to sell it and happend to come across this site.  Just to know that this could be an HP extended warrenty issue and they know there's a issue gives me some hope..
