Conditional Formatting

I am trying to format column 'O' if the value is greater than zero but where column 'P' does not include "SBNAS735" or "SBTDP443". Help!

Try to use:

=AND(O1>0, P1<>"SBNAS735", P1<>"SBTDP443")
