Can't sign in into my account

Hello,
I have a strange problem and i don't have solution.
1. My phone number is closed
2. When i put my ID and click Next then
3. It ask for to Get the 8 character code and enter by text or email to sign in
4. I can't receive 8 digit code and i don't have phone number now to recover my ID
Please send me a solution ASAP. Thanks
