Acidental recovery mail incident

So i fooled about and forgot my password about a week ago and had to reset it. All went well or so i thought. I decided to add a recovery email to my account incase just like i have i forgot the password anywho i put in what i was informed was me moms email lo and behold it wasnt and idk who the heck it is or anything. Now i not only cant remember the password i also cant use the recovery mail to help and every time i try to use text verification to my number it says im having problems recieving my code.whats goin on someone plz help i can access my google to be able to use over half of the rest of my phone apps n such.
