Lost my old Gmail account.

Hello,
I had a phone a but I lost it a few years back. Now I have bought a new phone but i have lost all details regarding it. I have a Facebook linked with it but now I lost my FB account also. Can I recover both the accounts or even either of them? It was in the name of queenbee which was used while playing clash of kings

If you have not accessed your Gmail account for approximately 9 months, it may have been deleted from the Gmail server. Inactive accounts and the data stored within are usually impossible to recover.
