Hey
I have a problem that I hope you can help me
I have an email adress and I can not sign in. becuse I have that settings with account key number but I have changed my phone and I don't have access to number or phone...and they ask me for my last 4 digit from phone number I put them and after they want to send me an account key and I press I don't have access to this number and they say uh oh start from the beginning.
Can somebody help me please?

We are CCM, we have no business connections with Yahoo
Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
