Hacked email

I had an girlfriend hack my account and change my phone number and my password .....it's been a while since I signed in to my yahoo account so I can only remember the piece of my email that shows up kyler.....last digit is 4 ...I really need help to get this back in my possession my number is removed by moderator....my names kyler bartlett thank you
