Macro to create worksheets and copy data from a summary page

I have a workbook called Sales Commission and sheet 1 is my summary page. I want to write a macro that will look at the summary page and from column 1 where the sales persons name is create a new worksheet (sheet2, sheet 3 etc) called by the salespersons name and to copy the data from rows A to K onto the new sheet relevant to that salesperson. I also want it to omit row F from the new sheet.

Can anyone help me as I'm stuck.
