Step 1 : open the file properties
Step 2: Then open the security option and click on allow user option list and select your user name.
Step 3 : Then select allow and all other option. Then, closed it.
Step 4: then open the file again. And it should work

Right click on the START icon, select explore all users, navigate to your USB stick in the left column, and you should be able to open it.
