YOu wont be able to. Always sit at a desktop or laptop to create accounts, so you have other methods to retrieve your accounts. If you were to create the account from a desktop, you would have been able to attach a recovery email, 2 security questions (for you to forget), and have access to CHANGE your mobile number (if you forget to pay the bill, lose your phone!)
