How to create new partion in already partitio

Hello,
I have 250 GB Hard disk pre installed in Win xp it's 1st partation is 100 GB and second partaion is 150 gb for recovery. but it's geting me problem i just wnt to another partation on my hard disk i just want three partin with this. i just want to 80 GB eache partion. So plz tell me how can i create partation without removing my preinstalled xp and its drivers.
