All products synced through gmail

I have all my Google productsbeing synced through my email. I also have Google Chrome as my browser. I want to get another browser
How do I do this and still keep all my data. What are the steps to:

1. Remove all products products from gmail, and not lose important data i.e. contacts, bookmarks, passwords etc?

2. I sync Google Chrome as well through.my email. How do I remove Chrome as my browser and not.lose data.

3. CN I transfer all my information that I have synced to the.new browser and not lose everything?
