PC wont connect to monitor

Hello,
I have this problem with my pc, I looked at other forums and stuff for help, what has been happening is when i connect my pc with DVI - HDMI to my Benq GL2250 monitor it recognises the cable, but i get no signal. I have taken the Graphics card out and the ram and the CPU and still no working, the cable is connected to my graphics card (mini zotac gtx 1060) Any Help would be appreciated :)
