Hello,
i have an XPC computer which have a single VGA port (onboard) but when i add a new working dual PCI VGA card the screen come blank and even the BIOS screen not coming but when i disconnect the Dual VGA and connect my monitor to the single port it works.
so if anybody have a solution i will be happy

hi,
you should disable the on-board VGA by going to the Bios menu.
