My keyboard gone wild, help?

Hello,
my laptop's keyboard isnt working. when it is plugged, it does not work. when i unplug it, it works but most of the times, its not working. sometimes, it inputs characters on its own automatically. what should i do? my bluetooth device also automatically activates without pressing it. help please? im from philippines and im only a student so i really dont know what to do. please?

hi,
there may be a problem is the keyboard keys.
get it replaced.

but its new. is there a relation between keyboards and bluetooth device? my keyboard works but it not working properly. if i press one key, for example (k), different character will appear and sometimes it continuously appear.
