Cant access my mail because i have forgotten my password

My name is Daniel aigbe date of birth 23/11/1967 my email address is ***@*** .Just writing to inform you that I cannot access my email address because I have forgotten my password. in light of the above, I hope you help in providing me access without access code requirement because I no-longer uses my phone which I use in setting up the email account. in place, herewith, have added my new telephone number as removed by moderator .
