Pen drive disc should be Formatted

Hello
I am using 16GB Sony Pendrive, when i connect it to any computer then it shows that "The disc should be Formatted". My Pendrive not able to show any files & it contains very important data from my last 3 years & this your logic can't resolve my problem. So please tell me a right way to recover the files from my Pendrive.

There is probably no way that YOU can recover the data. You could contact a professional data recovery company to see if data recovery is possible.
