Monitor, Keyboard and mouse not detected by computer.

I opened up my PC to clean out the dust and I closed it back up and reconnected everything. But when I turn it on the monitor gets no signal, keyboard and mouse gets no power but the fans, and lights all work.
Im not really a Pro at computers so if anyone has any simple advice or could help in anyway I would really appreciate it

You need to check all the connections. It appears the motherboard is not receiving 12 volt power. It's also possible that you Zapped the motherboard with static electricity during the cleaning and destroyed it.
