Hello, 

When i open my yahoo account here welcome back continue reactivating your yahoo account by contacting customer care this is written since last week so tell me what should i do to acess my mail box plz reply m soon

There is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device you no longer have access to.

Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a mobile number to it.  That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!
