Yeah, it's a new laptop, actually I tried to setup this laptop, it's was working okay, maybe I did something wrong, and it's won't typing anything

That's a bugger Rod,
If you can't type anything, there is not much we can do.
Pressing and holding the power button until the machine stop for 10 seconds and restarting again might help but may bug things.
The above is what I would do, but in case of failure, I would return the machine for a replacement.
