Lost all information

To whom it may concern : I reset my phone an lost all my data lost my facebook account also when I go to log into it it won't let me use the gmail I have been using it goes to a new account I had to set up I looked an seen on someone else account that it has my email at 2 different things neither is the one that letting me log in..one email address I remember the phone number for it but an the email but not the password I went to recovery but can't get any help I can't get into one without the other please help me recover my information as I really would like my profile bk..if you can help I would really appreciate it..thank you I am pulling my hair out not been on fb in over a week please help
