Hello,

I'm trying to open my old fb account I have had it since 2011 one day it said session expired please log back in at that time I didn't know my password I tried everything so I opened a new one Sept 2016 I still need to log back in my old account my pics and albums is in that account please help at first it was under francene Callaway then I went to my maiden name Bethune

Hi

Facebook allows only one account per person. Opening another account was a mistake. No doubt that your old account has been deleted.
