You just have to go on the home page of Facebook and follow the written steps. Just make sure, you have a valid mail ID before starting the process.

Firstly you need to create a Gmail account or any mailing account...


Go to Facebook website/pages/create.
Click to choose a Page category.
Select a more specific category from the drop down menu and fill out the required information.
Click Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions.

In detail....

Go to the Facebook website. Under Sign Up type your information into the boxes.

Facebook will send an email to the email address you provided. This is to ensure that you have given a real email address and one that you genuinely have access to. Click on the button Confirm Your Account. A numeric confirmation code is also provided and you may be asked to type this in.

Facebook will now open your profile and ask you a series of questions to help you get started. Step 1 is to help you find friends who are already using Facebook.

On the Welcome page Facebook gives you the opportunity to connect with people in your email address book/contacts. It does this by taking the email address that you used to create your profile. If you want to see who it suggests click on Find Friends and it will access your email contacts to match them up with Facebook users.

Add a Profile Picture. You can use either a photograph that is on your computer or can be accessed from your computer (for instance on a USB) or, if you have a webcam that takes still photos, then you could take a new photo of you.

The only thing that you need to get started is access to a valid email, or mobile number, as during the sign up process, Facebook will send you a confirmation email, or code, so that you can verify your authenticity.

You can create a Gmail account very easily following the steps in this article.

Then go to the Facebook website and get started.
