Gmail account hacked

My ex fiance has hacked my Gmail and changed my verification phone and email to his email and phone so I can't even recover it that way. I've spoken to three different people the password was changed 5 days ago he now has slamderrd me on my FB which I can no longer get into bc of this.

There are support pages on both of those service providers website. I encourage you to contact them and let them know. You have posteed on CCM.NET, and we have nothing to do with those providers. I will google "Hijacked Gmail account", and "Hijacked Facebook account" and post the links back here!
