Recover Trash Deleted Email

Hi, I have already asked the 1st 2 questions and then signed in, that's why i'm here, It told me to go to my gmail and enter a code to complete this, BUT this is where it took me, I am still waiting for the solution to getting my trash deleted e-mails back from my gmail. it said to go to the arrow on the screen with the drop arrow "I DID" then it said there would be questions for me" THERE WAS NO QUESTIONS FOR ME" only what the arrow has 1)gmail, 2)contacts, 3)tasks. I then did what it said to do next it said to click on the blue in the search bar, (well the information said "walla" NOT for me I did that and absolutely nothing happened so here I am I know how to work my gmail, I am just trying to get back a trash deleted message. and am kinda in a hurry woow, I would really appreciate help some help a quick and easy way(which this sounded like)too bad the iformation I read did not do what it said it would, again, please help
