Having a problem getting into my email

Hello,
i can't rember the answer to 1 of the questions that i was asked.I do rember 1 of the passwords to the email cause it is connected to my facebook but i still can't log into my main email can someone please help me get into it.
I'm giving you my new email address.

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
