Hotmail does not allow me to text or send pic

Hello, I read about Gmail and believe I am having the same problem but use Hotmail. When Outlook Express pops up for me to text a reply or upload a picture to send I get the following message:

"Hotmail no longer allows email access via Outlook Express for free email accounts." I also have Windows Explorer 7, and have clicked on it before trying to send text or pics and that didn't work either. I mainly use Foxfire as my IE.

Help, please, should I use another E-mail account? If so, whom? Thanks,

You should try again, because i use my hotmail via Outlook and it's doing good.
