I need help with a forget password] for a gmail account a Facebook account I been Lock out of Facebook for 2days I hadn't used a code until today and it said I had used to meany codes I had only used 1code I been Lock out of my gmail account for over a week I need back help me please

OK I cannot remember my password for Facebook or gmail account I had a code sent me a cade on Facebook I used it 1 code and it said I had tried to meany so I think someone else was trying to get my password

I'm sorry but it's difficult to understand...You're talking about Facebook, Gmail, password, code (cade?), without using points or comma...
