Hello,

Hello, my name is Vakira my yahoo email ***@*** I have forgotten my password and I no longer have access to whatever phone I put on file. Someone stole my phone over the weekend and now I trying to access my main email which is this one. Please help.

There is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device you no longer have access to.

Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a mobile number to it. That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!
