Did you lose your phone? Did you create the account on the phone that was lost? IF so, then there is nothing we can do.
Always create accounts on a landline workstation, and attach a mobile number to it, for circumstances such as these! You can recovery your account, if you had an alternate email, or a security question, or ANYTHING ELSE BESIDE A RECYCLABLE MOBILE NUMBER!
