Acer aspire stop windows loading and beeping

Hi guys i have a acer aspire E1 431 i have a problem on start up because my laptop is not starting it is making a loud noise the sound its beeping, when i press power key the acer logo on, and the next widows 7 logo, but in bad luck its stop loading and it still beeping i hope you could help me out of this thankyou.
