Computer turns on, but no display

Hi,
my question is..
when i start my computer. everything turning on but no display when i remove the ram and plug it back. it comes alive
AND sometime this wont work it restarts in 05 10 secs.

changed a GPU
changed the ram
changed the PSU

i dont know how to clear cmos.

my mother board is a gigabyte B85

please help me out.

i assembled the computer.
i3 4th gen
dd3 8gb
gtx 1050ti
600w Psu

You seem to have a motherboard failure. Since you machine is home assembled, I'm sorry, I can't help you further.
