Rounding up time

Hi,

Im having a problem on rounding up time,

I've use =mround(A1,"1:00") it works fine on dates and time like this "5/2/2017 7:01 AM"

but when it comes to times that past 12pm im getting an error example is "5/2/2017 17:22:00 AM" I get #VALUE!

I need help how to roundup these dates with this numbers. I think mround only works to 1-12am/pm but if it goes to 13-24 it gives out an error.

17:22:00 is PM not AM
