Laptop will not boot

Hello,

My laptop won't boot up right after shutting down. It went black ever since, the power is ON & CAPs LOCK on keyboard blinks but no sign of a video signal and also everything seems stop working including the fan

Any suggestions to what's happening & what are the steps I need to take to restore visual. All feedbacks are much appreciated!

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
