Hello,

Hoping someone can help me out here.
I've got a strange problem with Microsoft Word 2016. I cannot open Word document on my Lenovo IdeaPad cause of this message, User does not have access privileges.

This document was e-mailed to me.

Please how do i correct this error?

Hello

You cannot yourself fix the problem. You must asked the person who created the document which has restrictions.
