what you mean by "it don't open"?
well, this seems to be a battery problem, connect the battery charger to the laptop and then see if it switches on.
get teh battery replaced if it is not charging or check if the charger is faulty.

Not real sure what you mean your laptop will not open. If you mean to get to your keyboard, there are two catches in the front of the computer, If You mean all you get once it is open, there is a switch with a white line on it, just flip it forward and your green light will come on. Other than that you need to explain more. Wish You the best.
