Window 7 won't boot, only black screen with beep sounds

Hello guy..i have Acer E-1 won't boot just only black screen and beep sounds. I've tried many steps like removing Ram and reinsert it.. but still won't boot.. any suggestions please

Please describe the beep sequence, long, short, pause, number of each.

One per once..beep beep beep and beep.... Won't stop

What do you mean "per once"?

Please verify the beep sequence again as I can't find your beep sequence description anywhere.
