Hello,

Just wondering if any can help me . i have a HP Pavillion dv6000

for some reason both of the headphone jacks don't seem to work. i've tried plugging in different headphone
and RCA lead from laptop to the AMP and sound is still coming through the laptop not the jack?

any help would be much appreciated

hi,
there may be a problem with the RCA jack.
get it checked by a qualified technician or if it is still on warranty, contact the service provider.
