Forgot my Gmail account password

Hello,
i forgot my gmail account password i do have the registered phone number that is linked with the account but i am not getting the option for the same.
please help

When you created the account, did you register an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?

yes i do have the access to the phone number that i have set. but i am not getting the option for phone verification. i do not have the access to the recovery mail id anymore but i do have the access of the phone.

Is this the alternate recovery phone number registered when you created the account?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

yes thats the same number,
i am logged in a device which is in uk right now and i am india right now.
i wasnt logging out because i forgot the password. didnt anticipate that i would stuck like this.

i am carrying that number with me but not the phone. if i get the phone verification code on my recovery phone then i will do it. but due to several attempts i think that option is just not coming now
