Headphones not working

hi there my headphones are not working what so ever ive tried to fix it in control panel but what ever I do they still wont work the sound is fine without the headphones plugged in but when they are I don't hear anything please help

For laptop plug out the battery and power then then press power 5 time.
After that plugin power only and test the jack with headphone


For Pc plug out the power then then press power 5 time.
After that plugin power and test the jack with headphone
