My computer speakers dont work anymore

Hi I am here to say that my computer speakers no longer work! Please can I have help!

What operating system is it? Did you just get an update? In device manager ( right click over window key, select device manager), is there a uyellow exclamation point next to sound, video, and game controllers? If so, is it a REALTEK?

(:Thanks for helping its okay now i did not have my windows activated so there is no sound. But now i got it activated. Thx anyways!! (-:
