My computer display is showing a strange screen

Looks like an ASUS EUFI bios screen. What key did you press when it was booting? Typically BIOS screens don't display, unless the user presses a key during boot up. Does it happen everytime?

Sir, you are right. I have show my computer a computer mechanic. He said me that my hard disk is damaged. i am very disappointed. sir now i have a one choice that get my files from that hard disk. so can you help that how can i get my files and data from the damage hard disk. please.. thank you..

Have you tried to restart your computer? What kind of computer do you have and what operating system are you using?

Sir, i have already restart my computer. When i check properly there i am see that my hard disk is in problem. My oparator is windows 10. Sir please help...

You will need another PC that will boot. You will need this device. Boot up the OTHER pc, and plug in that device, then plug in the HDD. Grab all of the files you want off that drive.

After you have comlpeted that, run a CHKDSK on it and FIX the Errors. After that has been completed, attempt to place it back in, and reboot. PLease post back if you have any questions.

Sir, i have already bought the sata cable and connect to other pc. But my hard disk's drive not support in the computer..

If the disk is not recognized by disk management, then it is truly dead, not just the boot partition is bad.

Did you try to switch to any recently saved Restore point. It might help you out. Just give it a try.
