CPU on but no display and keyboard light off

Hello,

Recently today i got a new problem I installed Window 7 in my new pc With some software and after tomorrow I got new gpu and after i installed that and turn on pc my all fan work but monitor show no signal and keyboard light off I tried every method but nothing solve my problem
If Anybody Fix my problem i be very thankful

We would like to help you but you wrote that you tried every method, if so we would only repeat what you have already tried thus wasting your time and ours.

What is it that you already tried? What is the make and model of your PC?
